I wrote a lullaby called "Somnus" in 2002 (possibly 2003). That version was in 4/4 time with lyrics. For the film, I adapted that song in 3/4 time (for that waltzy creepiness) and replicated the melody with a delay-heavy glockenspiel electronic instrument. With the wind (blowing in the correct key) in the background, it almost sounds like a cross between a bell choir and windchimes.
